- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20060814. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339941, size standard 500. The contractor shall provide the following items: 2 EA 1/2 Inch Stencil Machine, ULINE Part # H-347 or Equal 5,000 LBS - 4.5 Inch X 7.5 Inch Clear Side Loading Packing List Envelope, ULINE Part # S-2979 or Equal 6 RL - 12" X 500' 4 Mil Anti-Static Polytube, ULINE Part # S-1538 or Equal 1 EA - 4' X 4' Ramp (10,000 lbs), ULINE Part # H-758 or Equal Provide the following information in your quotation: shipping quote to Detachment 1, 36 MXG, PSC 466, Box 29, FPO AP 96595-0029 and also a shipping quote to the Consolidation Point at: DLA TRACY DEPOT WHSE 30 CCP, 25600 CHRISMAN ROAD, TRACY CA 95376; detailed specifications (or links to detailed specifications if publicly available online); warranty information; amount of time necessary for delivery.
