- 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. To provide Synchronized Clock System in Bldg. 122(Root Hall) located at the USAWC, Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle, PA. Root Hall is a three story building within a basement and sub-basement constructed of concrete containing 277,000 square feet of office, c lassroom and mission support infrastructure.The system shall utilize (38) 4-digit, digital clocks that display hours and minutes that shall be dual-sided wall mount for hallways. The system shall also utilize (28) wall mounted clocks that are 4-digit, dig ital clocks that display hours and minutes. The character height on all clocks shall be 2.5 , red, and segmented rather than dot matrix display. Clocks shall be 12 hour format. The system shall synchronize all system clocks to each other. The system sh all utilize Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to synchronize clocks in the system. Clocks shall automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time. The system shall incorporate a fail-proof design so that a temporary power interruption shall not c ause failure of the system. Upon restoration of the power, the system shall resume normal operation without need to reset the system or any of its components. The clocks and transmitter shall include a GPS reception indicator.
