Description
The Army Contracting Agency (ACA) Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7 is conducting a market survey and sources sought in accordance with FAR 10.0001 to determine the extent of Small Business par ticipation and capability to perform the requirement summarized below and in accordance with the draft statement of work. The NAICS code is 541611 and size standard is $6.5 million dollars and require personnel clearance for up to Secret Information. Sources Sought for contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Contractor support for the Office of the Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7 as defined in th is PWS except as specified in section C-3 as government furnished property and services. Specifically, the contractor support to the Training Directorate shall include support requirements in the following areas: program management support for the Traini ng Mission Area (TMA), Army Distributed Learning (ADL) Program, Army Transformation, The Army School System, Range Modernization program, the Constructive Simulations program, the Functional Area Assessment of Temporary Duty for Institutional Training, Ins titutional Training, the Leader Development Program, Collective Training, the Joint National Training Capability, Detainee Operations and selective subject matter expertise, as required. The contractor provides the necessary personnel, management support, materials, facilities and other services as required to perform the work. All small businesses are invited at no cost to the Government, to provide technical information for a capability evaluation. Capability statements should include the following: A description of your companys experience and necessary resources to support this requirement and examples of your companys past performance in executing this type of work. Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g. limited and/or restricted rights). Capability packages are limited to 25 pages, single sided and are to be submitted by 12:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST), December 26, 2006. CCEs point of contact is John B. EXPRESS MAIL: Packages submitted by express mail services (e.g. Federal Express, United Parcel Service, DHL, etc.) shall be submitted to Contracting Center Of Excellence, Attn: John B. Deas or Eugene Garrett, Rm 1C256, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 2 0310-5200. NOTE: Delivery of express mail services at the Pentagon is not reliable and usually arrives one day AFTER the schedule delivery date. If the offeror intends to use express mail service, it is recommen ded to have delivery scheduled for one day BEFORE the due date.
