Description
To all small business concerns: The Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is submitting this request for information to inquire whether there are small business firms, including Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8a, Hub zone, Small Disadvantaged Busin ess, capable of providing the requirement in the following statement of work: Provide one (1) 15000 gallon capacity steel aboveground, outdoor, UL-142 double-wall main fuel tank installation. The fuel tank shall be skid mounted and able to be secured ont o a barge deck. Fuel tank shall be designed by the fuel tank manufacturer to conform to the International Building Code (IBC) criteria for Seismic Zone 4. The tank system shall be designed and tested in accordance with UL Subject 2085. The shell and pen etrations of the main fuel tank shall meet the requirements of Underwriters Laboratories Standard 142. The main fuel tank shall be equipped with four (4) internal full height / width steel baffles to damp potential roll and pitch fuel motions when the bar ge is being towed.
