Description: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to procure a special study of the Arbuckle Simpson Aquifer to develop a digital stream water resources management model of the Blue River, Clear Boggy Creek, and Lower Washita River for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) to be utilized in their evaluation of stream water applications within the 12-digit HUC sub-watersheds of those streams.This acquisition is pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c). The NAISC is 541620; the small business size standard is $6.5 mil. The forth coming solicitation is planned to be released as a Request for Quotes on or around December 27, 2006.
