- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Infantry Weapons Systems, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Priced Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) service contract under FAR Part 12 to Gunsite of Paulden, AZ for their 2000 meter firing range with Range Master, classroom and support personnel. The performance period for this contract will be for a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 35 days. The service will be scheduled to start 16 April 2007 and shall end between 30 April 2007 and 15 May 2007 at the discretion of MARCORSYSCOM's Project Officer. The classroom will seat upwards of 20 individuals and is audio visual ready. Included in the services will be the range, targetry, security, support vehicles, personnel and the fully insured facility. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. This award is considered a small business set-aside. All contracto rs who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). Online Certifications and Representations at (ORCA), http://orca.bpn.gov, will also be required. Failure to comply with ORCA registration may make an offeror ineligible for award. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
