Description: The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Contracts Management Office (DARPA/CMO) intends to award a sole source contract to Omnitech Robotics International for the refurbishment of E-stop and tracking systems and master controllers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source. Omnitech is uniquely qualified to provide the refurbishment, repair, and support services required for the Urban Challenge Program. Omnitech is the manufacturer of Government owned E-stop and tracking systems and master controllers, and as such, has unique, proprietary knowledge of the operation of the systems. No other organization has access to the information necessary to adequately repair, test, and support these systems.
