- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery / Requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices for radiopharmaceutical supplies as required by the Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Detailed specifications and delivery requirements will be specified in the solicitation. This requirement shall be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Period of performance of the resulting contract will be from 01 January 2007 through 30 December 2007 with provisions for four (4) one (1) year option periods. This solicitation is unrestricted and is subject to a 10% Hubzone consideration. The FSC Code is Q527 and the NAICS is 325412. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, as this office no longer issues hard copy solicitations. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 20 October 2006. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended of debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-OCT-2006).
