- This solicitation is canceled as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and will be reissued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the Coastal Services Center (CSC), Charleston, SC. The proposed contract is for a base period of 24 months with two 24-month options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of South Carolina, shall provide local commercial communications service for the CSC, which shall include, as a minimum, Internet service, BRI (dial-up), PBX PRI (2), and business lines. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract.
