- Seeking sources for acquisition of a Blowout Preventer (BOP) for use in the Naval Petroleum Reserve No. 3 oilfield (NPR-3), located approximately 35 miles north of Casper, Wyoming. Requirements include an 11" 5000psi Double LXT BOP or equivalent, plus flanges, drill pipe cams and other associated equipment as required, all manufactured in accordance with API Specifications. NPR-3 is a U.S. Department of Energy owned and operated oilfield, also known as the Teapot Dome field, located outside of Midwest, Wyoming.
