Description

The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals to provide New Media Mapping and Digital Terrain Models to enrich the experience of visitors while at a park, on the Web, and via portable electronic devices and other emerging technology. Work requires all labor, materials, facilities, and miscellaneous services necessary to provide new media mapping and digitally-generated terrain models. The Government anticipates award of up to four Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts resulting from this solicitation. These awards may be for a single category or both categories as follows: Category I - New Media Mapping Services - Up to two contracts will be awarded and Category II - Digital Terrain Models - Up to two contracts will be awarded. These contracts will be negotiated for one year with priced options for an additional four years. For Category I, each contract year will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 and a maximum potential of $150,000. For Category II, each contract year will contain a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 and a maximum potential of $500,000. The Solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about January 3, 2007. No paper copies will be issued.
