Description
This announcement constitutes an official Sources Sought synopsis. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. This is a to all small business concerns. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) is submitting this request for information (RFI) to inquire whether there are small business firms, including Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8a, Hub zone, Small Disadvantaged Business, capable of providing occupational health services as described in the following statement of work: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999. The size standard is $9M. BACKGROUND & STATEMENT OF WORK OPM-FISD provides background investigation services for other agencies of the Federal Government. FISD encompasses a headquarters entity, two investigative processing entities and four regional entities aligned with field offices under the various regions. FISD Personnel Investigations Center located in building 601; 601 10th St. located within Fort George G. Meade, Maryland 20755 may have an upcoming requirement for an on-site qualified/certified occupational health nurse to provide 40 hours per week of on-site support nursing services for a minimum estimate of 300 employees. Vendor shall provide all supplies necessary to support the on-site nursing services. Supplies will include Automatic External Defibulator disposable components, required maintenance and training devices, flu vaccine for all building occupants/assigned to this facility. Vendor will provide emergency response capability until emergency medical technicians arrive. Vendor will provide ongoing health education to include: smoking cessation, health and nutritional information and other items of interest.
