- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region is soliciting competitive proposals for the design, fabrication, delivery, off-load and setup of two (2) ALSF-2/SSALR (Dual Mode High Intensity Approach Lighting System) Equipment and Engine Generator (EG) Buildings. The buildings will become part of the new Approach Lighting System being installed to serve Runways 1L and 19R at the Washington Dulles International Airport. The buildings shall be steel, factory assembled, self-contained and portable. All work shall be in compliance with the FAA Specifications, drawings, contract clauses and wage rates. The required delivery date of these buildings is May 1, 2007. Response to the solicitation is required by December 28, 2006. The solicitation and any subsequent amendment are available only on-line at http://faaco.faa.gov/index.cfm. No phone requests. The FAA is not responsible for electronic or fax failure.
