Description

Contractor to provide transportation services for the VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilties located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD to move VA owned Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) coach between Hot Springs, Fort Meade and Ellsworth AFB, SD. Contractor to provide tractor capable of transporting a coach of 63,000lbs. wet weight. Tractor may possible need to be licensed for gross vehicle weight of 82,000 lbs. Contractor to provide all required insurances and licenses as required by the specifications and the State of South Dakota Department of Transportation. Contractor to provide driver/technologist who is certified in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and provide approximately 32 hours of on-site technical support weekly. Solicitation will be available approximately January 1, 2007. Date for receipt of offers is January 31, 2007. Estimated commencement date will be March 1, 2007. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (log-con-hs), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747.
