Description: This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source RFQ with American Engineering Corporation, Japan, for installation of extensions for local red swithc telephone lines at Bldg 101, Camp Zama. 374 CONS, Yokota AB intends to issue a purchase order to American Engineering Corporation under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
