Description

This synopsis is 100% Full and Open competition. W911QY-07-R-0002. The solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR parts 12 & 13. The U.S. Army RDECOM, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for 92,000 each, waterproof, temperate we ather combat boot with integrated flame and conductive heat resistance for issue to deploying personnel. The boot shall be tan in color and consist of an upper constructed from flesh-side out cattle hide leather. The soling system shall be designed for c omfort and shock attenuation as well as durability. The NAICS Code is 316213. The Offeror shall propose a delivery schedule that will ensure that delivery shall commence no later than 90 days after issuance of the delivery order at a rate that will ensure receipt of all contracted quantities within 6 months.
