Description

Under the authority of FAR 19.1306, the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award on a Hubzone Sole Source Basis, a Purchase Order to McRae Industries Inc. of Mount Gilead N.C. for 29206 pairs of th e Army Combat Boot (Hot Weather). A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract is based solely on current operational need for deploying troops and delivery time. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of d etermining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division,, via e-mail at stephen.abate@us.army.mil.
