Description

General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Anahuac, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,198 rentable square feet yielding approximately 5,390 usable square feet of office and related space along with 22 inside/outside parking spaces in Anahuac, Texas to be occupied by the Fish and Wildlife Service. The space should have 800 square feet of interior storage (garage) for specialty vehicles, and 5,398 square feet of office and related space, preferably located on the first floor. Location: Offered properties must be within boundaries of the City of Anahuac. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about December 1, 2007 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than January 17, 2006; verbal responses will not be considered.
