Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE JACKSON, KENTUCKY The United States Government seeks to lease street-level, contiguous (same floor) Office space, or contiguous upper-floor space on one floor which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the office floor as an acceptable alternative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a floor plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a flood plain. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,056 rentable square feet in Jackson, Kentucky. The space should yield between 6,136 and 7,056 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of 30 parking spaces should be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of the delineated area bounded by Jackson, Kentucky City Limits. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 07/10/08. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building names and address, or if new construction, the site location.
