Description: Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to expand space, using other than full and open competition, for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Bemidji, Minnesota, Bemidji-Beltrami county Airport. The Government requires 300 rentable square feet of expansion space yielding a minimum of 150 ANSI/BOMA office area. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
