Description: This is a request for proposal synopsis. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for emergency spill response and remediation services. This effort involves the timely response to, and clean-up of, hazardous material and hazardous waste spill resulting from activities performed at or by Hill Air Force Base, either on or off-base; to include Utah Test and Training Range and associated facilities (Little Mountain, Carter Creek, etc.). The period of performance is one Base Year with four (4) Option Years. This acquisition is restricted.
