- Description
- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F74ARP73390002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15. (iv) This acquisition is FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The associated NAICS code is 532412, size standard is 6.5 Million. Solicitation is for the following: 1 Caterpillar, D7 Dozer or Equal, with Semi U-Shaped Blade and Multi-Shank-Ripper Price Per Month $________________x 12 months = $_______ 2 Hourly Labor Rate for Maintenance IAW 2.2.2 (vii) Acceptance will be FOB destination to ALCOM/J4, Ketchikan Alaska, 99901.
