Description
Must be available to offload at Tern Island on March 5, 2007 the following: Honolulu to Tern Island: Personnel: 3 personnel Honolulu to Tern Island Cargo: 12 large pallet tubs 12 small pallet tubs 10 drums diesel fuel 5 drums gas 10 propanes, full 1 oxygen, full 1 acetylene, full 1 large pallet of conduit 2 pallet of wire Batteries (24,000 pounds) Battery racks (8,000 pounds) 3 rolls geotextile fabric, 500# each 3 pallets of exercise equipment 1 each 17 foot Boston Whaler with 2 outboard engines Tern Island to Honolulu: Personnel: 2 personnel Tern Island to Honolulu Cargo: 12 large pallet tubs 12 small pallet tubs 3 pallets crushed empty barrels 10 propanes, empty 1 oxygen, empty 1 acetylene, empty 2 pallets of refrigerators 3 pallets of batteries (2000# each) pallets/bags of trash to go into roll-off type container OPTIONAL STOP: Line Item 2: Tern Island to Laysan and Laysan to Honolulu: Tern Island to Laysan: All Laysan Island Personnel and Cargo will originate in Honolulu Personnel: 5 personnel Honolulu to Laysan Cargo: 400 each 5 gallon buckets, palletized 2 large pallet tubs 2 large coolers 8 each 5 gallon hazardous materials 12 propanes, full 4 action packers (dry storage) 4 Pelican cases (dry storage) At Laysan: During the off-load of cargo, USFWS personnel will fill 60 each 6 gallon water jugs transported to the Primary Vessel from shore and back. In addition to the day required for the offload/onload of cargo and personnel, the Primary Vessel will be required to stand off at Laysan Island for four days to allow for USFWS personnel activities on island. Laysan to Honolulu: Personnel: 5 personnel Laysan Island to Honolulu Cargo: 2 large pallet tubs 6 large coolers 12 propanes, empty 30 each 5 gallon buckets 4 each Pelican cases (dry storage) 120 each 5 gallon buckets of trash to go into roll-off type container Other special instructions apply. Details to be provided in SOW with actual forthcoming solicitation.
