- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)]. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to DIT-MCO., 5612 Brighton Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64130 for four (4) Model 2115 Controller Assembly, with three (3) option years of Qty 4 Each. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for proposal is N00253-07-R-0011. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334515 and has a size standard of 500 employees. All quotes received within 10 days after the release of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date o f this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
