Description
TITLE: Construction Management, Project Management, Design and related Professional and Technical Services related to GSA Greater Southwest Region Public Building Services Design and Construction program. NAICS Code 541310 SIC Code 8712 THIS NOTICE SUPERSEDES SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE POSTED DECEMBER 5, 2006. THIS NOTICE REDEFINES THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA FOR EACH CONTRACT. This is not solicitation. This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is seeking interested parties from 8(a), HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran Small Business certified architectural and engineering firms. The General Services Administration (GSA) proposes to award SEVERAL separate indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for construction management, project management, design, commissioning agent and project planning services. Services may include but are not limited to project management, construction management, project planning services, design services, estimating, progressive collapse facilitation, assessments, studies and reviews, blast protection facilitation, studies and reviews, forensic investigation determinations and support, deficiency reviews, determinations and support and diagnostic and problem solving. THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA FOR EACH CONTRACT IS THE GSA GREATER SOUTHWEST REGION WHICH CONSISTS OF LOUISIANA, ARKANSAS, OKLAHOMA, NEW MEXICO AND TEXAS. INTERESTED PARTIES MUST BE LICENSED IN ALL STATES IN THE GSA GREATER SOUTHWEST REGION. The estimated contract values range from a minimum of $1,000 to $3 million for each contract. The contract period is anticipated to be for one year and 4 (four) one-year option periods. The anticipated contract period is estimated from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. This is a negotiated procurement and will require submission of Standard Form 330s and selection will be in accordance with The Brooks Act. Technical factors will be listed and described in the solicitation.
