- THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFIES PREVIOUSLY RUN AD ON DECEMBER 11, 2006 AND MODIFICATION RUN DECEMBER 15, 2006. THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFIES THE LEASE TERM AND CORRECTS THE DELINEATED AREA. The General Services Administration seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 64,314 rentable square feet yielding 55,925 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space in Miramar, Florida. Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: I-595; South: SR 821; East: Florida Turnpike as it runs parallel to I-95; West: I-75. The term of this lease is 10 years, 5 years firm; with all services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Outside parking is required for 100 vehicles. Additional parking for approximately 260 employees either on-site or within 2 block radius is required. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before November 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address., 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot, 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, 4. Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable.
