Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 21,778 rentable square feet yielding 18,937 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami, Florida. All space must be contiguous on one floor. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space is preferred to be located on any floor of a building above ground level as long as it is accessible. Elevator service is required for space above ground level and shall consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which will serve the floor. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. The delineated area is bounded as follows: North: I-395 South: Miami River East: US-1 West: I-95 Ninety-five (95) parking spaces must be available within a two block radius of the site. The site should be accessible by public transportation. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety, and be capable of being fully accessible to the physically challenged. A fully serviced lease is required to be located in secure office space and facilities in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation (in current use). The space must include ample windows to provide natural lighting. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before September 1, 2007. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, June 6, 2006. All expressions of interest should be in writing and include building name and address, location of space in the building, and rentable square feet offered. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-MAY-2006).
