Description

Janitorial and related services for the C.B. King U.S. Courthouse, Albany, Georgia. Performance period is a base year with four additional one year options. Estimated start dated is December 1, 2006. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Hubzone Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561720 and the size standard is $15 million. This is a performance based specification. A solicitation will be issued on or about September 11, 2006. Offerors shall submit proposals in two parts technical and price. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading this solicitation and monitoring at (www.fbo.gov) for possible amendments and other information. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires that all offerors/vendors be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at (www.ccr.gov) and use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at (www.orca.bpn.gov).
