Description: The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command plans to acquire Life Cycle Contractor Support for the Radar Frequency Interferometer System on an other than full and open competition basis. The Government plans to utilize a time-and-materials contract with one basic year and four (4) one-year options. This is a sole source requirement to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), 1801 State Rt. 17C, Owego, NY 13827-3998. Only LMSI possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this r equirement. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsi ble sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered note(s) 22.
