- Pre-Solicitation Notice for Human Resource Services Solicitation No. R6-14-07-83154 Human Resource services for the Umatilla National Forest headquarters office located in Pendleton, Oregon. Services are to provide technical support in staffing, classification and other duties. Staffing includes but not limited to preparing vacancy announcements, qualifying applicants to the Office of Personnel Management standards; Classification includes butnot limited to reviewing position descriptions for adequacy, implementing classification standards, preparing evaluation statements; Other Duties includes but not limited to assisting with migration of personnel records and data base maintenance.
