Box 2760, 2844 Virginia Blvd, California City, CA. 93505 Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services, as close to the two RRCs/CSCs (also known as halfway house) located at 5025 Cote Brilliante, St. Louis, MO 63113 and 1727 Locus Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on April 01, 2007 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on March 31, 2012. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 142: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 2 inmates = 2 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 30 minutes = 1 unit), 48 units (per inmate)x 142 = 6,816 Units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 142 = 10,224; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 4 inmates = 4; Medication Monitoring 2 units per inmate for 8 inmates = 16 units Option Year One: Estimated Number of Inmates 146: Intake assessment (one per inmate) for 2 inmates = 2 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 146 = 7,008 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 146 = 10,512 units; Mental Health Intake Assessment and Report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 4 inmates = 4 assessment and report; Medication Monitoring 2 unit per inmate for 8 inmates =16 units. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated June 2006. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date is on or about February 20, 2007. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
