- The Department of State MultiMedia Service Department intends to award as a sole source contract to Hiflex Corp, 27475, Ferry Road, Warrenville, IL 60555 for a non-classified Hiflex Print Management Information System (MIS). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is under the test program for commercial items Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The MIS system should include the following: CLIN 0001 N-l Limit- Office License 31.018 Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0002 HFX Server 160 Hardware 35.160 Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0003 HFX XET 300 (Seat License) Quantity 50 each; CLIN 0004 HFX Server 100 (eBiz Server), Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0005 HFX PDFlib+PDI (PDF Library), Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0006 HFX Support PC, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0007 Installation of Server (Fixed Price) Quantity 1 Job; CLIN 0008 Installation Basic (Fixed Price) Quantity 1 Job; CLIN 0009 Training (up to 4 people) per day of training, Quantity 20, each; CLIN 0010 Customization/Consulting (per hour), Quantity 200 hours; CLIN 0011 Running Fee (No-Limit Plus) per year, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0012 Travel and M&E for installation in Manila, Quantity 1 lot.
