- 1. This requirement is for a firm fixed price for repair of the following: NSN 6650-01-522-2391RN, Borescope Kit. Requirement is for Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 8 for 1 option year. 2. This repair will be sole source to: Olympus NDT, CAGE 1THP4, Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or Services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 3. The data or the rights to use the data needed to repair these parts from additional sources are not owned or maintained by the Government. 4.
