- This announcement is to serve as a combined synopsis/solicitation to allow for attachments on FBO. In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the Government requests your proposal to provide technical support for the AFC2ISRC/AFTCs Missions Systems Support requirement. Proposed task start date is anticipated to be 1 Feb 07. Your proposal will be evaluated on your proposed technical and management approach, past performance, and price/cost. Technical and management approach includes the selection of types of personnel and proposed labor hours, experience of proposed personnel as reflected on resumes, and capability to meet and manage the range of task requirements. Past performance evaluation will be based on submission of 3 past performance references for similar, recent work (within 2 years) at a comparable value. (Include contract #, type of contract, Government POC, value, Period of Performance, and other pertinent information.) Weighting - Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are slightly greater than price. Please submit your technical and cost proposals based on a Firm Fixed Price basis, from your MOBIS or PES GSA Schedule. (Travel is TBD). Electronic proposals are requested The scope of this task shall include support services for applications, operations, technical evaluations, and integration to include client/server networks and system configurations for all systems that reside under the AFTC. Also to include Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operation environment (DII COE) software segments, which are operational or added during the period of performance at affected site(s) and which relate to Theater Battle Management C4ISR systems used in the preparation, planning, and execution of theater air and space operations. Description of Services On-Site AFTC Field Support Representatives. The contractor shall provide personnel for engineering support, program management, network & system administration for communications and information systems inbound to the AFTC for assessment, spiral development, exercises and permanent implementation.
