- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Hach Ultra Analytics Inc, 481 California Ave., Grants Pass OR 97526-8882. The contractor shall provede a Hach Ultra 8011 particle counter system. This is a proprietary item. Software has been developed for the 8011 system to be able to download data, maintaining the integrity of the data. The North American Incustry Classification System (NAICS)f or this requirement is 334513 and the standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time, De cember 29th, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
