- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Rosemount Analytical Inc.,6565P Davis Industrial Parkway, Solon OH 44139-3559. The contractor s hall provide the new FM200 and oxygen analyzers. These instruments must be compatible with existing sampling systems, power supply units, and data acquisition systems. This is a proprietary item. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 335314 and the size standard is 750 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Ti me, December 29th, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
