- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with IBM CORP., 800 N. Frederick Ave., Gaithersburg, MD 20817. The contractor shall provide syste m software maintenance/licenses to support the 9672-R24 IBM mainframe processor. IBM Corp holds the license agreement for subject software. Subject software is not compatible across platforms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) fo r this requirement is 541519 and the size standard is $23.0M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 5:00 PM , Eastern Daylight Time, Decembe r 28th, 2006.
