- The Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region Contracting Center - East is conducting market research for consideration during the acquisition planning of the multiple award, master indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, task order driven contract s for Operations, Planning, Training, and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS) II. The purpose of this notice is to gather industrys comments regarding recommended changes or additions to the scope of work for this requirement.
