- This is a notice that the White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to RHODES RESEARCH, High Hollow, Summerhouse Road, Godalming, GU7 1QB, Great Britain for technical services for a five year period of perfo rmance. The current technical service requirements are in the fields of data fusion, interoperability and urban Radio Frequency (RF) propagation. These projects include Kill Assessment by Information Composition (KABIC), Interoperability Exercise Support, and Urban Radio Propagation Modeling. Mr. Stephen Rhodes, the sole proprietor of Rhodes Research, is one of the original designers of KABIC and the principle developer of the matrix library used in the KABIC data-fusion system. Due to Mr. Rhodes expertise no other company can supply the technical support needed to fulfill current requirements. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agen cy Requirement.
