- The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis to Opsens, Inc., 2014 Rue Jean-Talon Nord, Bureau 125, Quebec, QC G1N 4N6. This requirement includes a Multi-Channel Multi-Function system 1000HZ sample rate wit h an internal current source and uses GaAs temperature sensors. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
