- ATTN: Prospective Contractors The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the DOD Surgeon General, intends to award a full and open contract for Dell IT equipment in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This requirement is issued under Purchase Request No. W81G43-633 9-0003-000. It is the Governments intent to request quotes and place an order with the schedule contractor that can provide the required supplies/equipment that are submitted in a technically acceptable manner at the lowest price. Your firm submission should reflect and demonstrate an understanding of the Statement of Work, and must meet the delivery and warranty requirements to be properly considered as technically acceptable. Your quote should reflect the quality of the items req uired at competitive fixed-prices, to include best-discounted price, as applicable. Your firms submission is due no later than 10:00 AM (Local Time) on 29 December 2006. Failure to provide timely submission or response will exclude the quote from consideration.
