- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command." NAVSEA Indian Head intends to issue a Modification to contract N00174-02-D-0015, to Schafer Corporation. Under contract N00174-02-D-0015, Schafer provided support for the Information Exploitation Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This is continuation to provide science and technology support services for DARPA. Schafer assists DARPA with technical support which includes the NetTrack, Camouflaged Long Endurance Nan Sensors, Softail, Jigsaw, MANTIS, Tactical Targeting and Networking Technology. They have assisted in concept development, research support, technology assessment, and program development focused at sensors, target identification and tracking, and decision support. This effort is a modification to contract N00174-02-D-0015, to increase the ceiling of the existing contract. Point of contact for this action is Donna M.
