- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida (NSWC PC) intends to solicit Quantum Magnetics, 15175 Innovation Drive, San Diego, California 92128-3401 on a sole source basis for maintenance of the Real-time Tracking Gradiometer (RTG) that they developed for the NSWC PC. The RTG incorporates technology that is proprietary to Quantum Magnetics, making them the only source for this maintenance support. Support will be provided through 13 July 2007 at the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018 and at the contractor's facility. NAICS Code 811219 applies. Size Standard is 1000 employees. FSC is J020. A request for quotation will be utilized in awarding this action on or about 1 February 2006.
