- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for (6) each Tac-4 Rack with Isolators in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7447524 and all associated drawings. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00253-07-T-0049 and is attached below. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-15 are included in the attached Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334417 and has a size standard of 500. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached Solicitation, which is required to be returned completely filled out and include DFAR 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate and FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Offerors are also advised that these representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Numbered Note 1 applies. Quotes/Offers are due no later than 03 January 2007 at 1600 hours Pacific Time. Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the attached Solicitation Form, to include pricing; providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all Representations and Certifications, DUNs Number Information, and Buy American Act information found in the above clauses. Contractors sha ll ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registrat ion database at http://www.ccr.gov. Any questions should be submitted in writing via email to: Helen.ely@navy.mil. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office. No paper copies of this RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
