- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire on a sole source basis, Capabilities-Based Budgeting Support for the Assistant for Administration Office of the Under Secretary of the Navy (AAUSN) Financial Management Division (FMD). It is the purpose of AAUSN to provide sound policy management, and serve as the resource advocate for Secretariat Review Board (SRB) Programs. AAUSN-FMD specifically is tasked with analysis of existing financial and other resources, and formulating recommendations as to the appropriate use of those resources. Services under this acquisition encompass all efforts required to identify, coordinate, gather, analyze and present data which feed into budgetary decisions. Services rely currently on established Analytical Hierarchy Processes and Operational Matrices, and other modeling processes as well. It is anticipated that services will start on or about 1 Mar 07. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541611. This is not a solicitation. Release of the solicitation is anticipated for mid-January.
