- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego (FISCSD), Seal Beach Division intends to negotiate with and award a contract to X-L Specialized Trailers, Inc. Oelwein, IA, for the acquisition of 40 each Semi Trailers, Model XL 110CHDG. These units are the NCF?s Table of Allowance and must interoperable and compatible with existing units currently in the field.. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Interested small business sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government in future procurements. Response to this notice is not required. See Note 22.
