- U. S. GOVERNMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPACE IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class A office space in the Huntsville, Alabama, area. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The site must be located within the Central Business District of Huntsville, AL. A site map will be required showing the location of the building. If no space is available within the CBD that meets the Government?s requirements, the alternate delineated area will be expanded as follows: NORTH by University Drive (72); SOUTH by I-565; EAST by Sparkman Drive; and WEST by Slaughter Road. REQUIRED: Approximately 2,700 rentable square feet yielding no more than 2,400 BOMA Office Area square feet. A fully serviced lease is required, as well as the complete amortization of the tenant build-out allowance of $63,279.00. The space must be located on the Second Floor or above. The Government will require seven (7) reserved, on-site parking spaces for their exclusive use as a part of the lease. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years, three (3) years firm, beginning September 1, 2007. A five (5) year firm term or ten (10) year with five (5) years firm alternative term may be considered. OWNERS & AGENTS: Properties may be submitted for inspection by owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY. A response is required by January 7, 2007.
