- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 03 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR LABORATORY CABINETS AND BENCHTOPS FOR THE KSC CHEMICAL LABORATORY. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add requirement 1.4.3 under paragraph 1.4 -Countertops Requirements, in Appendix B. Requirement 1.4.3 reads as follows: The countertop in laboratory #1268 shall have a backsplash of box curb style. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to January 19, 2007. The contractor shall have all supplies shipped ( F.O.B Destination Kennedy Space Center, FL) and mobilized by March 2, 2007; and be prepared to complete installation by March 16, 2007. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on January 19, 2007.
