- Description
- This project includes replacing two chillers and a cooling tower at the Chambers USCH, 125 South Grand Ave., Pasadena, CA. The performance period will be approximately 7 months. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10), for NAICS 238220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A solicitation will be posted to this site in the near future. Specifications and drawings will be provided in electronic format at the pre-proposal meeting/site visit. A document security agreement must be executed and submitted prior to being given a copy of specifications and drawings. This agreement is being posted. A pre-proposal meeting/site visit will be held at 10:00 AM PDST, Friday August 25, 2006, at the Chambers USCH, 125 S. Grand Ave., Pasadena, CA. Go through security, meet in the lobby area. On site contact is Aaron Terrell, 213-894-6634. Attendance is strongly recommended. Qualifications documents (as described in the solicitation) are due 12 Noon PDST on September 11, 2006. Price proposal (as desceibed in the solicitation) is due 12 Noon PDST on September 15, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2006).
