Description: The Minimum Qualifications for all Offerors as it pertain to the Biosafety Level for Laboratories, as referenced in the Offer Letter, Sections L.8A and M.2 of the Solicitation is modified as follows: 1. The Offeror must currently function as a Biosafety Level 2 Laboratory, have infection control program and must fall under compliance with recommended biosafety practices and facility design as indicated by CDC. The offeror must document their biosafety precautions, practices and facilities. The offeror must document their ability to safely handle Mtb cultures. The applicant should describe the surveillance program used to monitor the possibility of lab acquired infection. The current response date has been extended to January 12, 2007.
